The following links will provide you will all the training information you need! Training schedule, online classes, weekend activities, and registration forms.

  • All in-person activities for this training year are parental/guardian drop off/pick up unless told otherwise.

  • Please register before the specified cut off time, late registrations will be on a case-by-case exception, please contact the Training Officer.

  • Check this page regularly for any changes to scheduled activities.

UPCOMING training activities

Canadian Armed Forces Familiarization - 26 - 27 April

Location: Garrison Petawawa

Departure: Friday 26 April. Cadets are to arrive at 1830 hrs.

Return: Saturday 27 April, 1755 hrs

Cadets enrolled in Silver Star or above have an opportunity to visit Garrison Petawawa for an overnight Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Familiarization weekend. The cadets will visit various units at the garrison to learn about different trades/roles available in the CAF.

Pick-up and drop-off will be at Cartier Square Drill Hall (2 Queen Elizabeth Driveway). All cadets are responsible for arriving before the bus departure timing on Friday.

Picture Day - 08 May

On Wednesday May 8th the unit will be having its annual picture night. Dress is C1. Cadets are encouraged to arrive earlier (6:00pm) so that they have more time to fix their uniform before their individual headshots.

Spring FTX - 31 May - 02 June

From Fri 31 May to Sun 02 June, 2784 RCACC will participate in a spring field training exercise at Connaught Cadet Training Centre. This is a joint exercise with several other Ottawa-area units that will focus on outdoor adventure skills, including land navigation and fieldcraft.

ARBRASKA: End of Year Trip - 15 June

On Saturday June 15, the unit has planned an end of the year trip to Arbraska Laflèche in Quebec to do their aerial rope courses and caving. This will be a full day activity. Registration deadline June 1st.
